Reviewing on RallyWise

Get paid for what you already see.

Review pickleball gameplay on your own hours. No calendar to keep, no clients to find, and no drive to the court.

Launching fall 2026.

The review workspace: a doubles point held at 07:36, the reviewer's annotation ringing the spot beside the near player's body where his elbow should be tucked, with a Feedback Moment titled and its audio recording.

How reviewing works

Priced by you, billed by RallyWise.

You price your own Requested Reviews, starting at $49. RallyWise bills the player, issues refunds, settles disputes and handles player support — none of it lands on you.

  1. 01

    Get the offer

A player picks you directly at the price you set, or a Matched Review at your level — priced by RallyWise — is offered to you alone for about ten minutes. Nobody else is racing you for it.

  2. 02

    Accept

You see the game and the payout before you take it. Accepting starts the clock: a Matched Review is due 24 hours later, and you hold at most two Matched Reviews at once.

  3. 03

    Review

Watch the game, mark the moments that matter, write the assessment. The Practice Plan is built from your own drills — write one once and reuse it, so the work compounds.

  4. 04

    Get paid

Your payout is earned the moment you submit, and the player has already paid upfront. Ratings and turnaround build the reputation players pick you by.

Who reviews on RallyWise

Two ways in, one standard.

Every paid review on RallyWise is written by an approved reviewer. How you come in depends on your background; what you clear does not.

Certified coaches
Come in on your certification and coaching background.
Qualified higher-level players
No certification required. A verified DUPR clearly above the players you would be reviewing, and a read of the game you can put into words a player will use.
The sample review
Both routes end at one review of real gameplay, done in the actual review tools and read by a person here. It is the same bar either way — neither a certificate nor a high DUPR clears it on its own.

Common questions

What reviewers ask first.

What approval takes, what stays yours, and what RallyWise handles when a review goes wrong.

What do I need to get approved?
A reviewer profile — a photo, a short bio, your specialties, and either the certification or the qualifying DUPR you come in on — plus the sample review. You do not need an existing client base.
Can I keep coaching my own clients?
Yes. Reviewing here is not exclusive, and nothing on RallyWise replaces your own coaching — your clients and how you coach them stay entirely yours. The one restriction: a player who found you through RallyWise stays on RallyWise, rather than moving off-platform to avoid RallyWise's fees.
What shows on my public profile?
Your approval, a Verified Coach badge if you hold one, your verified DUPR, your rating, your typical turnaround, your specialties, and how many reviews you have completed — what a player needs in order to choose. Internal standing is never shown publicly.
What if the footage I am sent can't be reviewed?
You preview the game before you accept it, and footage that objectively cannot be reviewed gets flagged rather than worked around. A Matched Review reroutes to another reviewer; a Requested Review stays with you and pauses while the player replaces it.
What happens if a player is unhappy?
RallyWise handles it, not you. A low rating on its own is not a complaint and does not trigger a refund — a reported problem is read by a person here, and legitimate dissatisfaction is treated differently from a review that objectively failed to deliver. Earnings are only ever held back before payout, and only in that second case.
How does the money reach me?
Payouts run through Stripe. You connect an account as part of going active — after approval, before any work can reach you — and from then on every review you submit pays into it.

You already do this analysis in your head.

Every time you watch someone play, you see the pattern they cannot. RallyWise is a way to write that down and be paid for it.
