RallyWise operates rallywise.app. If anything on this page needs explaining, or you want your information removed, write to hello@rallywise.app.

This policy covers the rallywise.app website and the launch waitlist. That is all there is right now.

The RallyWise product does not exist yet. When it does, it will handle accounts, gameplay footage and payments, and it will have its own policy covering them — published before anyone can sign up for anything.

When you join the waitlist:

• Your first name
• Your last name, if you give one — it is optional
• Your email address
• Which list you asked for: players, reviewers, or both
• The date you joined

That is the entire record. We do not ask for a phone number, a postal address, a date of birth or a payment method, and the waitlist form is the only place on this site that collects anything about you.

When you visit:

• We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page, the site that linked you here, your country, and your browser and device type. It stores nothing on your device and does not identify you.
• Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

This site sets none. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no third-party script beyond the analytics described above.

One thing: email you when RallyWise launches.

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters or product tips, and joining the waitlist does not opt you into them. If that ever changes, we will ask first — an address given for a launch notice is not consent to anything else.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for their own purposes.

Two providers process this data on our behalf, under terms that do not let them use it for their own purposes:

• Supabase — the database the waitlist is stored in
• Vercel — hosting, and the analytics described above

Waitlist entries are kept until the launch invitations have gone out, then deleted. We are not building a long-term mailing list out of them.

Write to hello@rallywise.app from the address you signed up with and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. There is no account to log into and nothing to verify.

There is no unsubscribe link to click yet, because nothing has been sent yet. The launch email will carry one.

RallyWise is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child has given us an address, write to hello@rallywise.app and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change to what we do with an address already on the list gets an email to that address, not just a quiet edit here.
